All sales are final. OperatorBrief sells one-time digital reports. Because reports are generated and delivered digitally, purchases are final and non-refundable once payment is completed, except where required by applicable law.

What You Receive

  • Each purchase unlocks one company GTM report for 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Reports are point-in-time analyses based on public disclosures available at or near the time of generation.
  • Reports are not continuously updated after purchase.
  • No subscription is created. No account is required.

30-Day Access Window

Each purchase provides 30 days of online access to one company report. After the 30-day access window, online access may expire. Because reports are delivered digitally and can be exported (PDF or copy-ready text) during the access window, expiration of access does not create a refund right.

Please export or save your PDF or copy-ready text version during the 30-day access window.

Refunds Are Not Provided Because

  • The user no longer needs the report
  • The user disagrees with the analysis or conclusions
  • The user entered the wrong ticker
  • Online access expired after the 30-day window

If Your Report Does Not Load

If your payment succeeds but your report does not unlock or load correctly, contact support with your payment email, ticker, and order details. We will either restore access or email you a copy of the purchased report within 24 to 72 hours.

Limited Exception

Refunds may be issued at our discretion in rare cases only:

  • A duplicate payment was charged for the same ticker in the same session, or
  • We are unable to restore access or email a copy of the purchased report within 72 hours after the user contacts support.
