• Email address provided for checkout, receipt delivery, report access, magic-link delivery, and access recovery
• Basic usage logs and analytics
• Support emails if you contact us
• Purchase and access records retained to verify report access, provide support, prevent abuse, and maintain payment history

Access, Session, and Security Data

Magic-link access records, session records, recovery requests, and access logs may be retained for security, support, abuse prevention, and access verification.

Service Providers

We may share limited information with service providers that help operate OperatorBrief, including payment processors, email delivery providers, hosting/database providers, analytics/logging providers, and AI/model providers used to generate reports.

Data We Do Not Collect

• No private company data is required or collected
• No confidential user documents are uploaded
• OperatorBrief does not store full payment card numbers — card processing is handled entirely by Stripe

Stripe handles all payment card processing. OperatorBrief does not store full card numbers. Payment metadata may be used to unlock purchases, prevent abuse, process support requests, and maintain purchase records.
